Our Chemistry facilitator Ms. Chhavi Sharma attended a CBSE Workshop on" Effective Communication Skills' organized by COE Allahabad(Prayagraj) on 15th, May, 2021. 

The resource person was Ms. Richa Khanna, Principal, Vardaan International Academy, Lucknow,and also a core team member of Sahodaya Schools. 

The session covered the topics like requirement of communication in the era of big shift, effects of effective communication, influencers of effective communication and so on. She also presented her views on coordination during communication, importance of perspectives and what mode of communication will be beneficial to which segment of people.She quoted a few examples too which were quite interesting and usable in the present scenario. Overall it was a wonderful and knowledgeable session.
