Our Principal Capt. Praveen Roy attended an online workshop on "Learning Organisation" on 12th August, 2020. It was organised by the CBSE - Centre of Excellence.
The resource person talked about Learning Organization and how it works and its significance .The guest speaker also briefed about 5 dimensions of Learning Organization as well as shared an integrated model of the school and learning Organization published by OECD- Unicef. This OECD helps countries transform its schools into learning organisations.
The esteemed guest speaker emphasised that LO helps the school leaders to develop schools into self- improving school systems.
The session was an enriching and informative session which will help the leaders to react more quickly in changing external environment.
