"Positive thinking and good hygiene keep diseases away" - Henry Miller

A workshop on the theme 'Health and Hygiene' was organised by Samsara-The World Academy on 13th April 2023. Dr. Nidhi Wasade, Obstetrician & Gynaecologist from Naveen Hospital, Greater Noida was invited to address the students.

In her talk, she emphasised the importance of comprehensive cleaning to maintain good health and a better personality. She also guided the students that good hygiene perpetuates a nice image of an individual and saves us from illnesses.

Overall, it was a wonderful session.
