Samsara – The World Academy conducted a comprehensive Career Counselling Workshop on 2 December 2025, held in both online and offline modes for students of Classes X and XII and their parents.

The keynote speaker was Mr. Tamilselvan, Founder & CEO of Future Captains, an organisation that focuses on guiding students from education to meaningful employment.

The session focused on helping students identify their strengths, explore suitable career options, and make informed decisions about their future. The speaker shared valuable insights on emerging career fields, skill development, and industry expectations, and the evolving job landscape.

With parents joining the session online, the workshop became an engaging, collaborative platform for students and families alike. It concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where participants shared their takeaways and sought clarity on their career-related queries.

The workshop proved to be an enriching and motivating experience, offering clarity, direction, and encouragement to all attendees.
