Self-defence is an essential skill for girls, empowering them to protect themselves in dangerous situations. Samsara The World Academy organised a workshop on Self Defense on 23rd September 2024. Students were made aware of techniques to protect themselves.
The workshop emphasised the need to be alert, react quickly, and use simple yet effective techniques to escape threats. Our resource persons Sense Subodh Dhiman and Sumit Kumar demonstrated many techniques .
By learning to defend themselves, girls can navigate the world with greater confidence, independence, and a sense of empowerment, breaking the cycle of fear and vulnerability.
