I came to education sector as a learner, with an inner calling to create and establish a system for a whole generation of new learners. I had no great design or big plans. Yet, in these 42 years our journey has been charted by a commitment to relentlessly widen our horizons, deepen our base and work to accelerate each student's personal and professional growth. When our students started excelling in academic and professional courses, unwittingly the process of nation building had begun.

I would like to acknowledge the support of our large and very capable staff, and the thousands of parents and children who are a part of, and responsible for, this institution's success. Sometimes I feel, that being instruments of change isn't attributed to any real or imagined qualities of being educationists, but because we understand that education is a part of life. So, in each of our schools I have created spaces which engage with life - spaces for sports, spaces with verdant green nature, and spaces with a selfless focus on community building. In my journey I have been supported by the deep vision of my life-partner - my wife, and we believe, that education that empowers self realization, independent thinking, environment consciousness and growth of the community, is more valuable than any marks on a report card. We also work for the simultaneity of life and believe that academic excellence is a life long discipline, and has to be linked with both personal and social responsibilities. A school that educates not just the student, but also the teacher is an ideal school. My focus in life is to build such schools. And it is these ideals that have brought us to Greater Noida, to bring to this well planned city, an educational system based on the principles of free progressive education.
