Samsara believes in equipping their teachers with the latest pedagogy and refining their skills to be better and more effective facilitators. To realize this aim, two teachers namely Ms. Shashi Arora and Ms. Shelly Bhatia attended a seminar held at Pragyan School, Greater Noida on Wednesday 20th December 2017. The topic of the seminar was “Redesigning the Role of the School Leadership.” The seminar was conducted by Macmillan Education and the resource person was Dr. Madhuri Patri. The resource person briefed about the ways of understanding the psychology of the students and ways to develop positivity among them. Even the teachers shared their views and talked about their role in students life and how they can inculcate leadership skills among students. The seminar was very effective and teachers learned a lot and enhanced their leadership skills too.
