On, 7 March 2015, Saturday a workshop was organized for the teaching staff of Samsara-The World Academy. Ms. Ritika Tomar lid the workshop for the teacher of the school. Being the Special Educator of the school, she made sure to import correct knowledge of managing the behavior of the students. School is of the view that student’s good behavior is as important as the academic achievement. Ms. Ritika Tomar made the teachers aware of right behavior management towards all kinds of students. She suggested of making four zones under which students can be placed as per their behavior in the class / school.
Green- Sun Shine Zone Yellow- Inappropriate behavior Orange- Unacceptable behavior Red- Totally unacceptable behavior
Every student will be encouraged to be in Green Zone.
