(A workshop for teachers)
Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it.
Samsara’s teachers always put their best effort to ignite passion in the hearts of children towards
whatever activity they do either it is academic or co-curricular. To accelerate this effort on the part of
teachers, a group of teachers from Samsara- The World Academy, was sent to Sarvotam International
School on 23rd May 2015,to attend a workshop.
It facilitated the teachers to know how the generation of motivation force in the lives of students can
bring a complete metamorphosis in the personality of a child. Resource person Ms Vinita Sareen
perturbed over the present condition of the students. She further suggested that if the teachers are
willing to bring change and if they really take initiative no obstacle can hurdle their way to sublimate
awareness in the lives of students. She adjoined the importance of knowledge in the lives of the
students thus called upon teachers to impart knowledge based education to children
