Career building is a continuous process and everyone is worried about their career especially at secondary level education. In the contemporary age, where there are so many career options, young students find it very difficult to choose the right career option and at times prefer the safer option. Considering all these issues, Samsara-The World Academy, organized career guidance and counseling workshop in its school premises for the students of classes 10th and 11th. Two resource persons namely Ms. Vridhi Kapani and Mr. Manish Mangala, from Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD), in collaboration with Kingston University London, campus at Delhi, were invited to enlighten and acknowledge all important topics related to career choices and guide all the participants towards a stable and right career. This was quite interactive and interesting workshop. We, the Samsara team, believe that this workshop will be crucial in judging one's skills and accordingly move in the forthcoming future.
