Samsara’s teaching and maintenance staff attended a workshop on “Safety and Security of the students’ at Gautam Budh University organized by the District Administration on 17th September, 2017. The workshop mainly focused on the various areas where the school authorities must comply with the norms related to the safety and security of the students. The main areas which were discussed were safety in transportation, fire safety, sexual abuse, POCSO, various guidelines by CBSE and the school’s infrastructure to be secure for students. The main point which was put across to all the teachers and staff was that the utmost importance to be given to a child. The students are the future of our nation and we as teachers must give them an environment where they can grow as a confident and happy people.
