Celebrates National Mathematics Day

Every year, 22nd December is observed as 'National Mathematical Day' to mark the birth anniversary of Srinivas Ramanujan, a legendary Indian mathematician. He made substantial contributions to mathematical analysis, number theory,infinite series and continued fractions.
To celebrate the same at Samsara -The World Academy, different activities were conducted from classes I-IX.
 For grade I and II Skip counting, using a Board was conducted which helped the students with the application of multiplication.Grade III- V performed activities like
 Tangram, Sudoko and Diagonal Moves which helped them to make different shapes & sizes.
For Grades VII-VIII, Maths Quiz was conducted to improve their knowledge and lastly Grade IX made 'Historical Monuments' using mathematical shapes which helped them in increasing their imagination.
With such activities the students felt highly confident and enthusiastic about their mathematical concepts.
