World Environment Day

*"The earth is the basis of life. Spending some time touching soil, plants or trees will harmonise your system"*
Sadhguru

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on 5th June. It was first celebrated under the slogan "Only One Earth" in 1974. In these years WED has developed a platform to raise awareness to learn about the environment. Students of Samsara-The World Academy have taken the initiative to be a part of the 'Save Soil Movement' started by Spiritual Guru Shri Sadhguru Ji, the founder of Isha Foundation.
Students of classes I to XII actively participated in soil conservation activities such as making posters, reciting poems and writing letters to the Prime Minister of India and learnt about ways to help in future. They also learnt how to commune with nature and work to save mother earth as it is
the most indispensable of all our God-given assets.
Our revered Principal Capt. Praveen Roy applauded the efforts of the students and planted saplings along with staff members on 4th June 2022.
