Conducted Session on EFFECTS OF HEALTHY EATING HABITS

Eating well helps us to feel better. We don't have to make big changes in our diet, by making small changes we can get a sense of rhythm and regularity in our lives and a chance to reflect on our lifestyle.
Keeping this thought in mind Samsara -The World Academy organized a webinar on *' Effect of Healthy Eating Habit on Mental Health* for the students of classes VII and VIII on 23 September, 2022 and class IX on 30 September, 2022.
Our school counselor Ms. Megha Sarin emphasized on quality diet and advised the students to make good food choices and eat a balanced diet with whole fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and plenty of water to boost mental health.
Overall, it was an enlightening session with the message ' A healthy mind in a healthy body'.
